Summary0000595: Clone mode - Wrong monitor detected as active
DescriptionWhen I clone my displays and set display 1 as the clone source, madVR thinks display 2 is connected. This results in incorrect 3D LUT selection for display 1 and breaks monitor specific "Display Modes" settings.

If I set display 2 as the clone source, all madVR thinks display 1 is connected. This indirectly fixes the problem, but breaks G-SYNC on display 1.

It seems there is no way to detect the "primary" monitor in clone mode.
