Summary0000646: "Move subtitles" not working correct if "Crop black bars" is selected

Subtitles are in croped area when "Crop black bars" is selected.
when deselect "Crop black bars" subtitles are in active(not in black bar) video area.
Steps To Reproducesetup player to use XySubFilter

setup madvr:
move subtitles: ...into active video area
automatoc detect hard coded black bars
Crop black bars

load video with black bars and subtitles.
now the subtitles are croped
