Summary0000657: Random crash that cause video paused
DescriptionmadVR reports :
- resetting Direct3D device failed (8876086c)
Steps To ReproduceJust play any video, wait for a moment, and the video will paused and showing the error report
(This is randomize, sometimes need to wait a longer, sometimes only a few minutes, sometimes a few seconds.)

No idea why this would happen. Seems most (all?) other users don't have this problem. You could try using different settings in "madVR\rendering\general". E.g. try enabling or disabling automatic fullscreen exclusive mode and/or use Direct3D11 for presentation.

My mistake sorry, it happen because of overclocked GPU. After revert changes on clock and volt, it work normally. Thanks for helping
