This seems to be specific to your PC. Nobody else has ever reported this problem. So I doubt it's a madVR bug. It's more likely to be a driver issue. Have you tried updating the driver?

I'm currently using the driver provided by Lenovo. I agree, this is probably a driver issue since Intel doesn't have official drivers for Windows 10 yet and the Windows 8 installer refuses to install even in compatibility mode.

I suppose I'll wait for the official drivers from Intel when Windows 10 final is released this summer.

For now, Windowed <-> Exclusive works well.

I'll close this one for now. Reasons: Windows 10 is not even out yet, it's probably a driver issue, and most probably not a madVR bug.
