| Summary | 0000117: madHcCtrl.exe keeping folders locked, making me have to kill it to be able to delete them | ||||
| Description | am watching and deleting vids, with the most recent one i couldn't delete the folder after, windows kept saying it was in use by another program, after killing the madHcCtrl.exe process i was then able to delete the folder. i marked this as major severity and high priority because i strongly dislike it when programs act like that. | ||||

I don't see why madHcCtrl would stop you from deleting a video folder. I've never seen this myself yet. Can you reproduce this issue? If so, what are the exact steps I need to take to reproduce this on my PC? If the issue is not reproducable, then I'd consider this just bad luck, or bad constellation of the planets or whatever. I can only fix bugs if they are reproducable... |

i should add, i did not have that problem with 0.86, so it started with 0.86.10, i'm about to start another vid, in 3hours when it finishes i'll try to delete the folder, see if i can reproduce it |

ok couldn't reproduce it, so i am closing it for now, madshi lets not delete it yet tho, if it happens again i'd like to be able to reopen it. thanks |
