Summary	0000125: Video artifacts with ivtc in potplayer
Description	When ivtc is active there is 2 boxes that randomly show on the video. See attached files.
Steps To Reproduce	1. add deint=ivtc to file name 2. play with potplayer rendering with madvr
Additional Information	Issue has been reported to potplayer, they said it's a madvr issue.

madshi 2014-02-27 11:10 administrator ~0000371	The madVR IVTC algorithm only supports 4:2:0. I should really auto disable it for formats it doesn't support.

madshi 2014-03-04 16:45 administrator ~0000441	v0.87.5 will now only activate film mode for NV12 and YV12 sources.
