Summary0000013: Artifacts when using DXVA scaling with h264 10bit 4:2:0 content
DescriptionWith the new MadVR v0.86.0 there's a problem with DXVA scaling quality, while playing h264 10bit 4:2:0 content. There are horizontal lines of noise/banding in the picture mostly visible on animated content, that aren't there with other scaling algorithms. Pictures that show what I mean:

http://i.minus.com/ibcCz1Y1X4h5ru.png <- bilinear scaling
easiest to spot on the glove and the sky on the left. More obvious with scaling 720p -> 1080p. A roughly cut sample, with the very beginning (sky) showing this most:

Steps To ReproducePlay any h264 10bit 4:2:0 file outputting P010 (10bit 4:2:0) "color format" and upscale it with DXVA. Mostly visible with animated content.
Additional InformationIntroduced in v0.86.0, probably while fixing the green line on left with DXVA scaling and certain video formats, since it's gone now.
Can reproduce it on my Intel HD4000 (Core i5-3570K) and Intel HD (Mobile Pentium B960 (Sandy Bridge)), don't have a non-Intel GPU to test right now.
Doesn't happen with 8bit/RGB "color formats".
Doesn't seem to have anything to do with other options set (separate presentation device, etc.) or v0.86 new functionality (smooth motion).
