This is not a bug, but a technical limitation. I don't know how to technically create a valid TrueHD stream when removing gaps. There's also no open source TrueHD encoder available yet, so I also can't encode a fully new TrueHD stream. Currently there's no way for me (that I know) to fix this. So I'll close this "bug" report, because it's not a bug, but it's simply something that I can't technically implement, at this time.
