Description | When the video goes in FSE mode, refresh rate always swith from 24hz to 23hz or from 60hz to 59hz with the "switch to matching display mode" feature enabled or disabled.
It's just impossible to have a refresh rate at 24hz or 60hz when FSE mode is enabled with Windows 8 or 8.1 with a Nvidia GPU at least. |
