Summary0000157: Wrong displayrate for 24p source in fse
DescriptionHello,
if i watching a movie with 24source in Window Mode the display switcher changes correctly to 1080p24. But if I switch to FSE Mode the display changes to 23,976 Mode. This happens to all last versions i used madv with mpchc.
Steps To ReproduceStart an 24 movie and switch to FSE mode.
Displaymodes are 1080p23, 1080p24, and so on.
Deleting 1080p doesn't help. It always switches to 1080p23.

This is a Windows 8.1 bug, but I'll see if I can find a workaround.

This would be wunderful. It's very boring to switch between Window or FSE depending on the source...
