Summary0000170: 3DLUT attached gamma ramps are applied to GPU ramps in Overlay mode
DescriptionWhen using a 3DLUT with attached gamma ramps and windowed overlay mode the gamma ramps are loaded into the GPU gamma ramps effecting all of Windows.
Steps To ReproduceCreated a 3DLUT with Argyllcms option -a (appends linear ramps to the 3DLUT)
Configure madVR to use this 3DLUT
play a video with madVR set to Windowed Overlay mode
Additional InformationThis is as expected with other display modes, Windowed and Full Screen Exclusive, but Windowed Overlay could be an exception allowing calibration to be active for the rest of the OS even with madVR running and linear ramps attached to the 3DLUT.

This should be fixed in v0.87.5, as long as the gamma ramps (appended to the 3dlut) are linear. If the gamma ramps are not linear, madVR will still apply them to the GPU even in Overlay mode.
