Summary0000201: wrong or no frame decimation with IVTC and 4:2:2:2/2:2:2:4 cadence
Descriptionif a 1080i30 60 fields file with 4:2:2:2 cadence is played and IVTC with MadVR IVTC no frame is dropped.
i tested this with 23p so i thought the wrong frame is dropped but i checked the frames with control + arrow right and i was still able to find all repeated frames.
Steps To Reproduceplay a 4:2:2:2 cadence file with active MadVR IVTC
Additional Informationa 4:2:2:2 non anime TV sample from turbojet http://www.mediafire.com/download/150g9d9f7ahmph2/3_2_as_4_2_2_2.mpg
posted in this bug entry: http://bugs.madshi.net/view.php?id=150

i just double checked it is 100% 4:2:2:2

this is nearly the "same bug" report but with a 3:2:3:2:2 = 25 fps played at 23p as source problem

This should be fixed in the next build. However, I'm only removing the superfluous frame. I'm not modifying the timestamps. So this will probably play smoothly now when using 24Hz, but not when using 60Hz with smooth motion FRC.
