Summary0000223: MadVR can't import the eecolor 3D LUT generated by Calman as they follow a 64 point format

Steps To ReproduceGenerate a 3DLUT in the eecolor format using the cube generator in Calman 5 Ultimate or Studio, it creates a 3DLUT with 64 points (only option at this stage in Calman). Importing this LUT in MadVR causes an incompatible file format error.

It looks like solving this issue might be as easy as adding a last line to the lut file to make it a 65 point file.

Regarding the file format change, yes it is a pretty trivial change but not as trivial as adding one line. 64 point eeColor files drop every line where either R or G or B contain the anchor point 1.0. So when importing the 64 point file in madVR you should iterate to the 64th point in each RGB loop and then internally just set the 65th point output=input.
