Summary0000344: if smooth motion and double chroma resolution(always, NNEDI3) is enabled, upscaling function will be in malfunction(blackscreen)
Description1. It occurs on madVR 0.89.5 and 0.89.6(or later).
2. smooth motion enabled as always.
3. double luma resolution/chroma resolution is enabled, both picked 'always - if upscaling is needed', 'NNEDI3, # neurons'
4. four similar conditions are confirmed :
upscaling nearest/billinear, downscaling without custom shader = blackscreen on >100%(zoom)
upscaling nearest/billinear, downscaling with custom shader = blackscreen on >=200%
upscaling custom shader, downscaling without custom shader = 100%<Blackscreen<=200%
upscaling custom shader, downscaling with custom shader = Blackscreen=200%
Additional Information'#'is wildcard.
it's no relation with chroma upscaling.
any other madvr settings are as default.
this issue(ploblem)not occurs if image "upscaling" is DXVA2.
works correctly on 0.89.4 or older.

Should be fixed in the next build (v0.89.7), due out probably on Sunday. If it's not fixed, please reopen this bug report.
