Summary0000348: smooth motion+NNEDI3 'double chroma resolution' sometimes caused hard luma aliasing(Nearest Neighbor)
DescriptionFirst, smooth motion enabled, and double chroma resolution 'always' enabled as NNEDI3.
case 1 : zoom 150%, image downscaling is not 'custom pixel shader'
         image upscaling is not DXVA2(nvidia gpu tested), visible hard aliasing like Nearest Neighbor.
case 2 : zoom 200%, not Upscaled or Downscaled so this issue not occured.
case 3 : zoom 250%, if image upscaling is Bilinear, visible hard aliasing like Nearest Neighbor.
Additional Informationchroma upscaling may not caused.
quad/octa * resolution not tested.

Thanks for the report! Will be fixed in the next build, due out probably next weekend. If you find the bug is not fixed in v0.89.10, please reopen this bug report.
