| Description | When playing videos scaled down initially (such as 1080p content on 1080p screen in non-fullscreen mode), the video in windowed mode will only play as black screen. Sound still plays in the background. Switching to fullscreen fixed this issue but the issue comes back when switching again to windowed mode. | ||||

I don't know which version I use. MadVR control shows as v0.89.11 while doom9 forum shows latest version as v0.89.10. Sorry |

Sorry for the very late reply. This issue does not seem to happen on my PC. It's likely an Optimus driver problem. Optimus laptops (shared Intel + Nvidia GPUs) are notoriously buggy, unfortunately. You can try if updating your Intel + Nvidia GPU drivers helps. If not, there's probably not much I can do about it. You'll have to live with D3D9 then. |
