Summary0000358: request for an option to turn the strict decoding mode of the DcaDec DTS decoder off
DescriptionIt's a bug or at least a problem of DcaDec and not of eac3to but eac3to should implement a simple workaround to avoid it.

As reported at the DcaDec bug tracker (https://github.com/foo86/dcadec/issues/38) and in the eac3to thread at D9 (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1745158#post1745158), the DcaDec DTS decoder fails often when decoding DTSHDMA tracks (from original and good commercial BDs) with a (probably wrong) synchronisation error message.

The problem seems to be avoidable simply by turning off the strict decoding mode of DcaDec, but currently it's not possible with eac3to. Hence the request to add a command-line option to turn the strict mode off. It will be very useful, at least while the authors of DcaDec do not implement a fix.
Steps To ReproduceSimply demux a DTSHDMA track from a recent Disney or Pixar BD. Here is a sample from the 3DBD "Up" (Pixar): http://download.videohelp.com/r0lZ/tmp/DTS_HD_MAsync_bug_sample.dts
