Summary0000036: Treat 25 as 24 fps broken
DescriptionIn the display mode changer treat 25 as 24 fps seems to have no effect. With Reclock 1.8.7.9 installed tested these settings with 48hz, 50hz and 60hz reliably changing.

madvr 25 as 24 checked, reclock slowdown checked = 24 at 50hz, bad
madvr checked, reclock unchecked = 25 at 50hz, good but expect 24 at 48
madvr unchecked, reclock checked = 24 at 50hz, bad
both checked = 24 at 50hz, bad

After removing 50hz madvr changed to 60hz.

Maybe instead of this checkbox just check what reclock is sending to madvr and remove the checkbox. Seems to base refresh rate off of source fps at the moment.

According to the log madVR looked for a refresh rate of 50Hz and not 25Hz. That means that DXVA (video mode) deinterlacing was probably active. The option only works for true 25fps/25Hz, because IMHO the slowdown only makes sense for movies, but not for video content. 50Hz video content is usually native PAL content, so slowing it down would only makes things worse instead of better.

Practically, try activating IVTC / forced film mode. That will probably make the option work as expected.
