DescriptionWhen eac3to finds something like a 24 bit file with lower bit-depth sections, ist reports the maximum bit depth, the average bit depth, and the most common bit depth. I think it would be handy to also know the minimum that it found, so one could reduce to that number, if they so choose.

That's technically hard (or even impossible) to do because there could be sections with total silence in the movie where all samples are 0, in that case the minimal bitdepth would be 0bit. The minimum bitdepth simply can't be reliably determined, that's why I'm not listing it.
