| Description | madVR crashes when rendering special effects from ASS file (using xy-subfilter). The problem occur when rendering video in native resolution (1080p video on 1920x1080 display). madVR doesn't crash when video is downscaled 2x. | ||||

I'm sorry for the very late reply. I've just tried to reproduce this issue, but I can't, it seems to work fine for me. Tested even on 4K monitor to put XySubFilter into extra stress. Anyway, if XySubFilter crashes, it's a bug in XySubFilter, not in madVR, so there's probably not much I can do about it. However, the next madVR builds (v0.92.11) will try to gracefully catch XySubFilter crashes and continue. Not sure how well that will work, though. Can't really test it here because XySubFilter simply doesn't want to crash for me, for some reason. So can you please retest with the next madVR build once it's out ("soon")? |
