Summary0000400: madVR crashes with AMD driver 16.5.2
DescriptionAttempting to play anything with AMD driver 16.5.2 installed will result in madVR crashing.

Double-checked by restoring the 16.5.1 DX11 DLLs to the player's directory, which results in madVR functioning correctly again.
