Summary0000405: Dpi scaling cuts the control panel
DescriptionHi,

I have my DPI scaling set to 125% due to my poor eyesight and my small screen setup. I have noticed that the control panel cuts the bottom half of the settings where the anti ringing is, or at least I suppose it's there.
You can take a look at the screenshot, the issue is pretty evident.

I have tried to check the disable scaling on high dpi settings under the compatibility options of the right click properties menu but it doesn't change anything. Maybe adding a scrollbar could help.

Steps To ReproduceSet the dpi scaling for all the elements as illustrated by the second screenshot under Windows 10, might happen under older versions as well.

The version 0.91.3 seems to have indirectly resolved this issue by removing some of the scaling options.

The version 0.91.3 seems to have indirectly resolved this issue by removing some of the scaling options resulting in a shorter list.
