| Description | While I tried to install the latest release v0.91.0 today 11/19/16, the installation process didn't go through. I run the "install.bat" file as always, but this time the DOS screen just stalled, it stayed there with a blinking cursor for long time (in the past it shows "successful installation" message after just a few seconds). I tried to uninstall/re-install several times, nothing worked. I can't even delete the madVR folder under "C/X86" directory because it seems the system is using it. In the end I have to re-boot my computer, delete the folder, and reinstall the last version v0.90.24. I have installed many different versions of madVR under Windows 10, this has never happened before. | ||||

Yes, this will be solved in the next official build. For now as a workaround you can just overwrite the old madVR files with the new ones without running the installer. Of course the old madVR version must still be installed for this to work. |
