Summary0000470: madFLAC has problems with >4GB FLAC files created with 1.3.2
DescriptionThis is in an .mkv file. Audio size is larger than 4GB. I cannot find a libFLAC.dll for 1.3.2 yet.
Steps To ReproduceWith MPC-HC:

- Open offending file. Does not start playing. If I seek with the cursor, it will play just fine
- Disable madFLAC...starts playing just fine
- Try identical audio, but compressed with 1.3.1, everything works fine

With MPC-BE:

- There is a different behavior every time it opens. It usually starts around 3-5 seconds in, with the video playing too fast (trying to catch up to skipped audio). Sometimes it plays fine, but starts late, for a few seconds, and then the audio portion jumps to 44 seconds in, while the video does the catching-up thing.
Additional InformationThe LAV filter people don't seem to care about honoring the specified channel mask in the file. The guy says it's specified behavior to change 3f to 60f, or 60f to 3f, depending on a certain option that's checked or not. There is no way to have it automatically just pass on the specified channel mask. The coder simply doesn't care, and wants it that way. This is why I use madFLAC.

All this probably needs is a 1.3.2 DLL compiled. I don't have the resources or knowledge to do such a thing.

I re-ripped the file and all is fine now. I don't know what happened, seeing as how the FLAC would decompress without errors.

So it was some kind of a fluke? I guess we can close this bug report then?
