I need the crash report. |
I upload the log(a txt file). When I used the potplayer to open a vedio file ,the madVR reported nothing and the potplayer just did not response and stopped. |
Thanks. A log file doesn't really help, though. I need a crash report (if there is a crash). Have you tried resetting madVR to default settings? |
Yes, the same crash happened in madVR with the default settings. I hadn't seen the report window about the crash. Maybe somthing wrong made the media player(I also tried MPC-HC) stop and madVR exit. But this problem only happened when using masdVR as the renderer. |
I think maybe this problem is due to the limit of the display driver. If that's true. It will be desperate. |
Try using Overlay mode or activate "use D3D11 for presentation" in the madVR settings. If neither helps, try reducing the number of pre-presented frames. Also, NVidia drivers are known to be problematic when you have 3D output activated (for 3D Blu-Ray output). So make sure that's not the case. |
Thank you for your advice. I have tried this options. But they do not help. |
That's weird. Have you tried installing different GPU driver versions? |
Yes, the last version 378.92 is alright. |
So problem gone with 378.92? |
Yes. |
Cool, then I'll close this bug report. |
