Summary0000503: Secondary display not changing framerate
DescriptionThe display has custom resolutions, madvr is setup for 1080p48, 1080p50 and 1080p60. In Windows 10 f it's the main display it changes to the correct framerate. If it's the secondary it doesn't change.

Windows 8 it changes successfully as the secondary display with the same hardware and madvr settings.
Steps To ReproduceSetup multiple monitors with 48, 50, 60 FPS on the secondary monitor
Play video on secondary monitor that isn't a multiple of the current framerate
TagsNo tags attached.

Sorry for not getting back sooner, I didn't get a notification. I don't know what changed but it seems to be working fine for me over the past couple of months. I did upgrade MadVR, maybe that was it.
