| Steps To Reproduce | Windows 10 x64 1709, but it also happend on 1511 MPC-BE x64 with madvr 0.92.8 (olso tested some recent older versions) LAV Filters 0.70.2-80 If I select a screensaver and it was active for a time and I move the mouse, then doubleclick a mediafile to start playback (automatic fullscreen mode with madvr), madvr.ax crashes. | ||||
| Additional Information | I personally don't know if there's Aero on Windows 10, but I didn't disabled it somewhere so it should be on. I disabled the creensaver and played 150+ mediafiles without any crash | ||||

Just wanted to try to reproduce it (sorry for taking so long), but I'm not fully sure about the exact steps. You're saying the problem occurred when madVR was active and a screen saver was running. Ok. But then you say the crash occurs when you then double click a media file. But how can you double click a media file when madVR was running in fullscreen exclusive mode?? In fullscreen mode madVR should cover the whole desktop, so there's no media file you can double click! What am I missing? |

Yes, but how can you click a videofile in windows explorer while madVR is in fullscreen mode? When madVR is in fullscreen mode, the windows explorer is hidden in the background!! |

Ah, now I understand! Originally I thought madVR should already run when the screen saver starts. But now I understand that the first time madVR is started is after the screen saver has just disappeared, correct? So I've tested this: - with AMD and Nvidia GPUs - on primary and secondary monitors - with D3D9 and D3D11 FSE mode - with 3D fonts and "empty" screen savers But for the life of me I can't reproduce any problems. Everything works just fine for me. Can you still reproduce the issue? If so, can you please double check with 32bit MPC-BE, and ideally also with MPC-HC, just to be safe? |
