Summary0000545: GPU is 20% loaded on pause (with PotPlayer)
DescriptionI expect that when I pause a video GPU is not used anymore (except a memory of course) but it is used even on pause. That is strange.

The bug occurs only with MadVR not other renders.

This probably happens when PotPlayer's special madVR GUI is active, which forces madVR to redraw the video all the time. I think there's an option in the PotPlayer settings somewhere to turn that off, but if you do, you'll probably lose the PotPlayer GUI in fullscreen exclusive mode.
