Summary | 0000601: Long startup when the internet connection is limited.
Description | My internet connection was down and I tried to watch a video with MPC-HC + MadVR and noticed videos taking abnormally long to start(10+ seconds). After the video had loaded switching to another video was quick like normal, but if I closed MPC-HC and tried opening another video it would be slow again. When using a different renderer in MPC-HC this problem did not occur. I reset both MPC-HC and MADVR's settings and it didn't not fix the issue. Disabling my ethernet adapter made the issue go away. And now that my internet is back and working MadVR is behaving normally again.
Steps To Reproduce | I disabled the ethernet adapter and madvr behaved normally, but I could reproduce it by enabling the ethernet adapter and loading another video.
Additional Information | I have "delay playback start until render queue is full" enabled. Without it selected the video would take less time to start playing, but would play for a few seconds with a black screen and drop hundreds of frames. Sorry, if I did anything wrong, first time submitting a bug and thank you for all your hard work on the program!
