Summary0000077: seekbar won't disappear in FSE mode in the inactive area (black bars)
DescriptionI'm having the same issue as "Ryrynz". Driver v9.18.10.3071 and up cause this issue. 9.17.10.2932 does not.
In the inactive parts of the screen in FSE mode (ie the black bars on the sides for 4:3 content on a 16:9 display, or the bar on the bottom for cropped 2.35:1 videos) the seekbar doesn't disappear. It stays there at a frozen state, meaning the seek position doesn't change until you reactivate the seekbar by moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen.

This may be exclusively a windows 7 issue because my HD 4000 on my laptop using Windows 8 64-bit and the same driver does not have this issue... only my desktop using Windows 7 64-bit SP1. For now I'm ok using the old driver, but if I ever have to reformat down the road and it's difficult to find this particular driver, I will be SOL if this doesn't get fixed.

Tried both 0.86.1 and 0.86.2
Steps To ReproduceInstall Driver package 15.31.3.64.3071 or 15.31.9.64.3165 on a windows 7 machine and bring up the seekbar in FSE in the inactive area.

This has proven to be a bug in the Intel drivers. I've notified my Intel contact about it. For now the only way to work around it is to disable the option "use a separate device for presentation".
