Summary0000081: Repeated frames count increases when video is paused
DescriptionWhen the video is fullscreen in windowed mode and a video is paused, the repeated frames counter increases by 1-2 per second for as long as the video is paused.
Steps To Reproduce1. Play video fullscreen in windowed mode. (FSE disabled)
2. Enable stats
3. Pause video
