Summary | 0000675: blackbar detection always crops even with crop disabled.
Description | the black bar detection is cropping regardless of setting which i guess is an issue for a PJ user because of overscan so they don't want this to happen when the AR difference is not as big between like 1.85:1 instead of 16:9
Steps To Reproduce | take a 21:9 file in a 16:9 encoded video. use software decode disable all settings in zoom controls except "automaticly detect hardcoded blackbars". set your player to touch from outside. it will crop them in this case. the player isn't notified so how does it even know. crop blackbars setting isn't selected isn't it supposed to do this only with it active or zoom away?
