DescriptionIve asked this on the doon9 madvr thread as Im going crazy with a bug, but I will ask again here also......

I cant get any profiles to activate and work under Devices, yet all my other profiles on other pages work.

Im trying to use the A stretch 4/3 on and off under Devices/Config, I can make the two profiles using keystroke 1 & 2, but it wont activate or show in the top left corner of the screen.

All my other profiles in all the other tabs besides Devices work and display in the top left corner of the screen.

BTW. Ive made two other profiles under Zoom as a test using 1 & 2 and they work and activate perfectly, so it isnt anything to do with keyboard shortcuts 1 & 2.

Has anyone ever seen this happen and if so what might be wrong here?

Additional InformationThe issue Ive been having with profiles not working under the Device section is driving me crazy!
Ive asked may people to look at it for me and tried so many things but still the Device section for me is completely dead.
All other profiles in other tabs work fine.

We have installed a new version of madvr with 113 and it hasnt helped on my HT PC. We have tested with JR MC25, 29 and 30 and still the Device section can make the profiles but they wont activate.

We have installed JR MC28, 29, and 30 on my office PC and madvr Profiles work perfectly on the office PC. However the HT PC sill make the profiles under the DEVICE tab of madvr but thhey will not activate or work.

Is there anything that you can think of that we might test please?

i have been trying to fix this issue for a while now and here is the setting bin.

there is no user error in the settings.bin it just ignores the profile hotkeys under the device JVC.
i don't know why because the rest is not ignored but something is going terrible wrong in madVR.

maybe it is the vertex or what ever. it should not happen.

Ive tested it direct ( PC > proj) bypassing the vertex and still the problem exists. Do you think it could be a Windows 10 problem? This PC is only for the HT.

the problem is very clearly in madVR.
just hope he finds the time to read this and fix the issue. don't forget there is no way to reproduce the issue without having the same device connected.
