Summary0000682: 3D LUT are loaded for wrong displays
DescriptionmadVR loads a 3D LUT for an LG OLED for my LG monitor.
the TV is not connected anymore and madVR knowns it but it still applies then 3DLUT.
Steps To Reproducei add the settings.bin i hope that's enough

clarification/update:
every setting is used from a greyed out display and the active not greyed out display is ignored.

deleting the displays should most likely fix the issue but that's only fixing it for me not the bug.

this is fixed with 165
it needs a fresh install a copy operation is not enough and microsoft really doesn't like this version by trying to stop me from using it but it is now possible to change devices settings under 22h2 again so this can be closed unless someone reports the bug again.
