Summary | 0000111: feature request smooth motion should detect post-deinterlace framerate when madvr deinterlacer is used
Description | as summary says, when deinterlacing for example 1080i 29.97 fps video to 59.94fps, which is the same as the refresh rate i run my monitor at, smooth motion should detect it and disable itself, having it on in that situation just causes many unnecessary dropped frames as its just a bit more work than my gtx650 can handle.
Steps To Reproduce | play interlaced 29.97fps vid, deinterlace it to 59.94 fps with monitor refresh rate set to 59.94fps, smooth motion will activate itself.
