Summary0000420: Chroma resolution is being doubled even when below selected scaling factor threshold
DescriptionWhen the scaling factors for luma and chroma resolution doubling are set at different thresholds, chroma doubling is still happening in the case where the video resolution meets the threshold for luma doubling, but should not meet the threshold for chroma doubling.
Steps To ReproduceSet image doubling settings to:
double luma resolution
only if scaling factor is 1.5x (or bigger)
double chroma resolution
only if scaling factor is 2.0x (or bigger)
Additional InformationThis screenshot is a 720p video being displayed on a 1080p monitor. 720p->1080p is less than 2.0x scaling factor, yet it shows that the image is being doubled and not just luma.

This appears to only happen using v0.90.21 and v0.90.22, I cannot reproduce on v0.90.20

Should be fixed in the next build.
