Summary0000393: MadVR OSD bug, incorrect HDR primaries info shown for BT709 HDR clip
DescriptionDear Madshi,

There is a bug in the MadVR OSD that is visible when playing BT709 HDR videos. When I play a BT709 HDR clip with BT709 primaries (BT709 defined both in VUI primaries and SEI mastering display info primaries), BT709 matrix defined in VUI and SMPTE ST2084 transfer function defined in VUI, MadVR OSD displays the following:

HDR 1000 nits, BT.2020 -> BT.709

There is no BT2020 defined anywhere in the clip. Please let me know if this is a bug. The colors on PC monitor look okay though. This makes me think that this might be an OSD related bug only.

Additional InformationPlease note that I defined my screen as BT709 in MadVR settings:
devices -> your device -> calibration, set "this display is already calibrated" and set BT.709

Thanks. This was just a cosmetical bug in the OSD. The processing was all correct. This OSD bug will be fixed in the next build.
