Summary	0000588: display mode changes refresh rate even when a matching mode is not specified
Description	when playing a pal 25fps video, madvr changes the refresh rate to 29.97fps resulting in choppy playback. expected behavior: when no mode is specified for 25fps it should leave the screen at default refresh rate.
Steps To Reproduce	play a 25fps video on a screen that doesn't support 25fps

madshi 2018-12-23 22:03 administrator ~0002455	Currently madVR by design picks one of the modes from your list and activates that. That's not a bug, but intended behaviour. Sooner or later I'm going to redesign the whole display mode section. But for now, it's not going to change, sorry.
